Section 434: Statute of limitation

A lawsuit may be made within the statute of limitation, if any, specified separately in this Chapter, at any time in the case of Section 432, and, in relation to the other cases, within six months after the date of knowledge of any act done or action taken pursuant to this Chapter, by a person who is aggrieved from such act or an action.
