Section 7: Rate of Tax

1) The rate of tax to be levied in any fiscal year shall be in a single rate as prescribed in the Financial Act made for that fiscal year.

2) Notwithstanding anything contained in Sub-section (1), in the transaction of goods and services as mentioned in Schedule-2, the tax rate shall be zero.
