Rule 7: Changed details/information shall be informed

1) If the details/information submitted with the application for registration of name as a non-resident Nepali pursuant to sub-rule (1) of Rule 4 has been changed, such non-resident Nepali shall provide the information of such change to the chief of mission or secretary within three months.

2) On the basis of the information received pursuant to sub-rule (1), the chief of mission or the secretary shall keep the updated record as maintained pursuant to sub-rule (1) of Rule 4.
