Section 46: Management and operation of legal person

1) A legal person shall, except as otherwise provided by law, be managed and operated in accordance with the provisions set forth in the statute of such a person, and where such provisions are not made, it shall be managed and operated by one or more directors.

2) The legal person shall be responsible for the management and operation made by the director or directors pursuant to sub-section (1).
