Section 313: Statute of limitation

A person may make a statute of limitations a lawsuit at any time in the cases of Sections 305, 306, and 307 of this Chapter. A person who is aggrieved from any act done or action taken referred to in other Sections of this Chapter may make a lawsuit within six months after the date on which such an act was done, or action was taken.
