Section 549: Description of goods

1) If a contract specifies the name, brand, trademark, or specification of any description of goods to be sold, the contract shall be deemed to have been concluded for the sale of the goods corresponding to that name, brand, trademark, or specification.

2) If a contract specifies the name, brand, trademark, or specification and the sample of goods to be sold, the bulk of such goods shall correspond not only to the sample but also to the name, brand, trademark, or specification specified in the contract.
