Section 108: Son, daughter or paternity to be claimed

1) If a child whose paternity or maternity is not determined has to be claimed as one’s own son or daughter, such claim shall be made within a period of two years of the child being born or being identified.

2) In claiming the paternity of a child born without the paternity being identified, a claim shall be made within a period of two years of the birth of such child.

Provided that no claim may be entertained if such a child is already dead.
