Section 703: To be governed by the law of the country of nationality of adoptive person

Subsequent to the adoption of a son or daughter, the relationship between the adoptive person and the adopted son or daughter shall be governed by the law of the country of nationality of the adoptive person, and if such law cannot be ascertained, by the law of the country of habitual residence of the adoptive person, and if even such law cannot be ascertained, by the law of the country where the adoptive parents are habitually spending marital life.
