Section 127: Compensation to be paid

Where any harm or loss is caused to any one or any property of any one from any of the offences referred to in Sections 104, 105, 106, 107, 108, 109, 110, 111, 113, 114, 115, 116, 117, 118 and 124 of this Chapter, compensation shall be ordered to be paid by the offender to the person who so suffers such harm or loss.
