Section 303: Land ownership registration certificate to be provided

1) If any government land is held in the name of a government body or public organization, the Land Revenue Office shall prepare the land ownership registration certificate of such land in the name of such body or organization and provide it to such body or organization.

2) If any land is available to a community in accordance with law, the Land Revenue Office shall prepare the land ownership registration certificate of such land in the name of such community and provide it to that community.
