Section 163: Transfer of title, ipso facto to be void

If a curator sells any immovable property belonging to the person under his or her curatorship to himself or herself or to any of his or her family members, with an ulterior motive to disentitling such a person to that property or the title thereto happens to be transferred to him or her in any manner, such transfer of title shall, ipso facto, be void.
