Rule 3: Application has to be submitted for the registration of the name

1) Any non-resident Nepali or his/her family who intends to register his/her name as a non-resident Nepali shall submit the application pursuant to Schedule-1, before the Chief of Mission if abroad and before the Secretary if in Nepal.

2) While submitting the application under sub-rule (1), the fees prescribed pursuant to Schedule 2 shall be attached.
