The following persons shall not be a qualification or a disqualification of trustee:

(a) A person who is not competent to make a contract,

(b) A person who has embezzled property in his or her custody,

(d) A person who has been sentenced for a criminal offence involving moral turpitude,

(e) A person who is the sole beneficiary of the trust property.
