Section 576: Bailment deemed to be completed

1) The process of bailment shall be deemed to be completed once the bailee takes delivery of the goods under bailment.

2) If any person or anyone authorized by him or her has already taken any goods in custody or possession, such goods shall be deemed to have been held as bailment.
