Section 187: Statute of limitation

1) There shall be no statute of limitation for making a complaint in relation to any of the offences under Sections 177, 178, 179, 180, 181, 182, and proviso to sub-section (3) of Section 184.

2) No complaint shall lie after the expiry of six months from the date of knowledge of the commission of any of the offences under this Chapter other than those set forth in sub-section (1).
