Rule 15: The Dissolution (Liquidation) of the Association and Its Consequences

1) If the Association has been dissolved (liquidated) due to inability to perform the functions prescribed by the statute of the Association or any other reason, the remaining property of the Association shall be transferred to the Government of Nepal.

2) If the dissolution has been taken pursuant to Sub-rule (1), then in case of the liability of the Association, the Government of Nepal shall take the liability within the limit of the property of the Association.
