Section 55: Annual Report to be Submitted

1) The Fund shall submit an annual report with details of expenses incurred in social security and of the beneficiary groups to the Ministry within three months of the end of the fiscal year.

2) The details to be included in the annual report pursuant to sub-section (1) shall be as specified.

3) The Ministry shall make public the annual report submitted pursuant to sub-section (1).
