Section 635: Information of actual condition of goods to be given

If the owner of goods demands the hirer using the goods under the hire purchase contract to give information as to the place where the concerned goods are situated and the state of benefits accrued from such goods, the hirer shall give information thereof to the owner within fifteen days.
