Section 44: Agreement to be Concluded Based on Performance

1) The Committee shall, prior to appointing the Executive Director, conclude a performance-based agreement with her or him.

2) While concluding an agreement pursuant to sub-section (1), the work to be performed by the Executive Director, the plan of action and provisions related to the indicators of their monitoring and evaluation shall be mentioned in the performance agreement.
