1) Each mission shall, from time to time, send details related to name registration, identity card issuance, and their renewal to the Ministry of Industry.

2) The details received pursuant to sub-rule (1), including the details related to the investment pursuant to Rule 8, the Ministry shall maintain (establish) an integrated and central database (record) of the non-resident Nepalese and shall keep it updated.
