Section 62: Duty of the Government of Nepal

If, for any reason, the amount in the Fund is found inadequate to provide benefits pursuant to the social security scheme to the contributors participating in the social security scheme, it shall be the duty of the Government of Nepal to give continuity to the social security scheme.
