Section 203: Provisions of the Act to be applicable

1) Provisions contained in Sections 173, 174, 175, 178, 179, 180, 181 and 183 in relation to adopted sons or daughters shall also apply to the sons or daughters adopted by foreigners pursuant to this Chapter.

2) Provision of Section 191 shall not apply to the adoption of the minors of foreigners domiciled in Nepal.

3) The Government of Nepal may, on the recommendation of the Board, make necessary Guidelines for the implementation of the provisions contained in this Chapter.
