Section 39: Identification of Person Receiving Social Security

1) The Fund shall develop a system based on information technology for the identification of individuals who are eligible to receive social security pursuant to this Act.

2) In respect of the people who are receiving any benefit under social security at the time of commencement of this Act, the Fund shall link them to the information technology system pursuant to sub-section (1) within the period as specified.
