Section 209: Property to be returned

Where any person, in subjecting another person to enforced disappearance under this Chapter, has also taken any property belonging to that other person, the person who has so subjected to enforced disappearance shall return such property, if available, and pay a reasonable compensation for such property, if not available, to the disappeared person or his or her immediate relative.
