Section 25: Employer Enlistment Number to be Ineffective

1) If the enlisted employer is founded, as per the prevalent law, dissolved or suffers liquidation or falls under the sharing of assets, then the enlistment number received by the employer as per Section 19 shall not remain in effect.

2) The provision relating to payment of liabilities of the employer who does not have an active enlistment number as per sub-section (1) shall be as specified.
