Section 550: Condition as to title to goods to be sold

1) Except as otherwise provided for in the contract, it shall be deemed that, in the case of a sale of goods, the seller has condition for the title to the goods sold or, in the case of an agreement to sell the goods in the future, the seller has or will have the title to the goods to be sold, and that such goods are free from custody, control or possession by any other person.

2) Except as otherwise provided for in the contract, the seller shall be deemed to have the right to sell the goods sold or to be sold.
