1) Except as otherwise provided in the agreement, the tenant shall not demolish, remove, or disorder any structure of, or add any structure to, the rented house or otherwise prohibition of altering the house owner’s consent in writing.

2) If the tenant does any act in contravention of sub-section (1) and thereby causes any loss to the house-owner, the house-owner shall be entitled to recover compensation for the loss caused to him or her from the tenant.
