Section 33A: Expenses of the Fund

1) All expenses incurred on behalf of the Fund shall be borne from the Fund referred to in Section 26.

2) Notwithstanding anything contained in sub-section (1), administrative expenses may be incurred not exceeding ten percent of the total income received from the investment of the Fund and such amount shall be spent subject to the approved budget and program of the Fund.
