Section 47: Operation of business of legal person

1) Operation of a business on behalf of a legal person, the business shall, except as otherwise provided by law, be operated by the decision of the directors of such a person.

2) In operating a business pursuant to sub-section (1), the director may delegate powers to any director or other person to operate any business.
