Section 87: Prohibition of disobedience to order

1) No person shall disobedience to an order made by a competent authority in accordance with law, by omitting to do anything ought to be done under law or doing anything prohibited by law.

2) A person who commits the offence referred to in sub-section (1) shall be liable to a sentence of imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months or a fine not exceeding five thousand rupees or both such sentences.
