Rule 9: Certificate of Capital Investment shall be received

A non-resident Nepali who brings the capital investment in Nepal pursuant to Section 7 of the Act, if he intends to receive the certificate of such investment, the bank that transfers such capital investment in Nepal shall issue the certificate in the format prescribed in Schedule 8 to the concerned person.
