Section 36: Physical examination or change of organ may be made

1) Any person may, subject to law, get his or her physical examination, treated, or transplanted, or collect any organ or part, or a sample of his or her body.

2) If a person is so incapable that he or she cannot express his or her consent, his or her guardian or curator, as the case may be, for the interest of such a person, carries out, or causes to be carried out, the act referred to in sub-section (1).
