Section 196: To make recommendation by selecting person effecting adoption and child

The Board shall, based on the minor’s details according to the applicant’s details and relevant matters received pursuant to sub-section (1) of Section 194, and also having regard to the applicant’s request, ascertain what type of minor is appropriate for being adopted by which applicant and recommend the name of the applicant and the minor to the Board.
