Section 428: Property may be purchased or obtained in the name of incompetent or quasi-competent person

A guardian or curator may acquire any property by way of donation, gift, purchase, or otherwise for an incompetent, quasi-competent minor or a guardian or member of an undivided family for the baby in the womb under his or her guardianship or curatorship.
