Section 351: Statute of limitation

1) There shall be no statute of limitations in relation to the following matters if a person who is aggrieved from any act done or action taken pursuant to this Chapter is to make a lawsuit:

(a) Embezzlement of the trust property,

(b) Fraud or forgery of any document relating to the trust property,

(c) Embezzlement or misappropriation of the trust property,

(d) Derivation of benefit by the trustee contrary to the terms of the memorandum of incorporation of the trust,

(e) Restitution of the trust property or its value or income from the trustee or other person.

2) A lawsuit may be made within six months after the date of the accrual of the cause of action in relation to any matter other than that set forth in sub-section (1).
