Section 341: Other powers, duties and liabilities deemed to be vested with trustee

Except as otherwise provided for in the memorandum of incorporation, in addition to the powers, duties and liabilities clearly set forth in this Chapter, such other powers and duties as may be required for the implementation and accomplishment of the object of trust, care (herbichar)and protection of the trust property and protection of the rights and benefits of the beneficiary shall be deemed to be vested with trustee.
