1) The trustee should protection and maintain the trust property and may also take any kind of legal action or complete any kind of formality with any public authority as may be required for this purpose.

2) In protecting or maintaining the trust property, the trustee shall take proper and reasonable care of (herbichar) and do acts conducive to the enhancement of the trust property as if the property were his or her own.
