Section 277: Property to be inviolable

1) No person shall encroach or trespass on another’s property by way of overlapping, pressing or otherwise.

2) If any person takes possession of another’s property by way of any act referred to in sub-section (1), that person shall be deemed to have encroached or trespassed upon such property.
