Section 546: Contract of sale of goods to be void

If a contract is concluded to sell any specific type of goods, which have already become damaged at the time of or before making the contract, and the seller is not aware of that at the time of making the contract, the contract shall be void.

Explanation: For the purposes of this Section, the term “specific type of goods” means the specific goods mentioned in the contract at the time of making the contract.
