Section 510: Offer deemed to be revoked

An offer shall be deemed to have been revoked in any of the following circumstances:

(a) If the offerer makes an offer with a condition that a notice of acceptance of the offer be given within a certain time, and the offerer does not receive a notice of acceptance by the offeree within that time,

(b) If the time for sending a notice of acceptance is not specified pursuant to clause (a) and the offeree does not give a notice of acceptance to the offerer within a reasonable time,

(c) If the offerer, after making the offer, dies or becomes insane before receiving the acceptance,

(d) If the offer is revoked pursuant to Section 509,

(e) Even if the offeree gave the acceptance, the offeree dies or becomes insane before the offerer receives the acceptance,

(f) If the offeree sends a counteroffer pursuant to sub-section (5) of Section 509,

(g) If the offerer makes an offer on a condition that the offeree has to do any act or fulfill any condition before accepting the offer, and acceptance is made without doing such an act or fulfilling such a condition.
