Section 234: Partition share, money or expenditure may be awarded

1) If a person who is entitled to obtain a partition share, money or expenditure from any person according to the judgment, files, having failed to so receive, a petition in the court of first instance which has passed judgment in the case, the court shall, if the parties are the same, cause the partition, money or expenditure according to the judgment to be awarded as soon as possible.

2) If the partition share, expenditure or money is not provided pursuant to sub-section (1), the person who has to provide the partition share, money or expenditure shall be caused to pay a reasonable compensation as well to the petitioner.
