Section 658: To bear expenses made by public bodies

If a person voluntarily omits to follow the necessary health or safety measures required to be followed according to law for the protection of body, life or property of him or her or of the public, and if any government or public body follows, or causes to be followed, such measures, the person shall pay reasonable expenses incurred for that purpose even if he or she does not agree to follow, or cause to be followed, such measures.
