Section 646: Wages to be paid to employee

1) The employer shall pay such wages as required to be paid for employment to the employee or any other person whom he or she has consented to.

2) If the employee dies prior to the payment of wages pursuant to sub-section (1), the wages he or she is entitled to shall be paid to his or her nearest successor.
