Section 556: Right of buyer to ascertain goods

If the delivery of the goods sold is tendered to the buyer, the buyer shall have a reasonable opportunity to examine and ascertain whether the goods conform to the contract, and the buyer shall not be deemed to have accepted the delivery of the goods until the buyer so ascertains.
