Section 520: Statute of limitation

A person who is aggrieved from any act done or action taken under this Chapter may make a lawsuit at any time, in the case of a void contract, within Statute of limitation, one year after the date of accrual of the cause of action for voidance, in the case of a voidable contract, and within two years after the date of accrual of the cause of action, in the case of other contracts.
