Section 507: Parties to be autonomous

The parties to a contract shall, subject to this Act, be autonomous to choose the form and contents of the contract, to determine terms and conditions of the contract and the nature of the remedy for its breach, as well as to determine the measures for resolving disputes arising out of it.
