Section 441: Interest, charge or fee not to be collected

1) Notwithstanding anything contained elsewhere in this Act, no creditor who has lent money against the security of a mortgage with possession in a property shall collect any kind of interest, charge or fee in consideration of such loan from the debtor.

2) After the creditor has acquired possession of the property of the mortgage without possession, the creditor shall not collect any kind of interest, charge or fee in consideration for such loan.
