Section 430: Not to claim for damage, destroy or low quality

A person who has once purchased a property from another person shall not be entitled to make a claim for damage to such property if it is damaged, destroyed, or of low quality.

Provided that if the seller has sold the property by misrepresentation or with deviation from the particulars set forth in the deed, the purchaser shall be entitled to compensation for the same.
