Section 340: Entitlement to reimbursement from trust property

Notwithstanding anything contained elsewhere in this Chapter, if the trustee has used his or her personal property or another’s property in the course of the protection of the trust property, accomplishment of the object of trust or protection of the benefit of the beneficiary, the trustee shall be entitled to reimburse the amount for such property from the trust property.
