Section 337: To maintain accounts of trust

1) The trustee shall maintain accounts in a manner to reflect clearly and actually the accounts of the trust property, and provide statements thereof available to the registrar, and trust founder or beneficiary, identified, if any, who intends to inspect the same.

2) In the case of a public trust, the trustee shall have its accounts audited by a recognized auditor each year and submit a copy of the audit report to the registrar.
